1 . What can CONNUBIVM offer me?

If you want your brand to stand out, or if you are looking for an original signature for your product or event, you will be interested in our services. If you want to tell a story or lend a unique personality to your products, we are here to help; whatever the style of your event, whatever the personality of your brand.

2 . Where is CONNUBIVM present?

We work with clientele from all over the world. CONNUBIVM is based in Madrid, but we typically work for brands or events in places such as Israel, Latin America, Miami, Italy, the UK, etc.

3 . What sets CONNUBIVM apart?

CONNUBIVM has been operating since 2011. We are a young, multidisciplinary team with fresh ideas and a love of life. Our team comes from the fields of advertising, public relations and graphic design, and we even have a pharmacist who has infiltrated our ranks. We feel that a brand should be a sign of identity, which is why we select the ideal team to follow through with your project or event from beginning to end. We believe it is important to fit perfectly with your needs.

4 . How does CONNUBIVM work?

After an initial meeting with us, we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire that will help us to set the creative ball rolling. We will create a briefing based on your responses, which will in turn lead to a brainstorming session where both sane and crazy ideas will begin to emerge. We then filter these ideas and select the best ones to build a creative proposal for your product or brand.

5 . Can I make changes to your proposals?

Of course! This is a team effort. There will likely be several rounds of modifications until we come up with a plan that you love. If there are several people on your side involved in the decision process, the best thing to do is to consolidate the modifications you wish to make. And if you want to comment on your changes by phone or by Skype, we will always be on the other end of the line ;)

6 . What services does CONNUBIVM offer?

Our goal is to make things easy for you. Depending on your needs, we will take care of the entire process from start to finish: creation of a visual identity, graphic design of the different elements, production (including suggestions for different finishes, quality standards, etc.), delivery (we can take the finished product anywhere in the world if you need us to), and assembly of the elements on D-day (if you can't or don't want to do it yourself). Our quote will be based on your exact needs.

7 . What elements can be personalized based on the visual identity you create?

For social events, once the visual identity has been created we can “dress up” the event so your guests will have a range of unforgettable experiences. We will design and produce all of the elements you need, such as Save the Date cards, invitations, website, seating chart, welcome kit, the details of the bachelor or bachelorette party, menus, signage, the photo shoot to remember the big day, etc.
And if it's a corporate identity or a brand event we are designing for you, the elements will depend on your needs, and your requirements will direct our efforts. Decorative elements, invitations, photo shoots, business cards, website...

8 . How do things officially get started?

We want everything to go smoothly. To formally initiate any project we will first ask for your written consent and a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% will be due before the final project is delivered. Bear in mind that the time frame needed to complete the project is associated with receipt of these payments, which will determine when we start.

9 . How long does the process usually take?

Once you have completed our questionnaire, our creative staff will invest between 2 and 3 weeks in creating your visual or corporate identity. We will then present our first proposals, and your approval of the final identity will be the key to establishing the time frame for the following steps (production of the elements).
Production time depends entirely on the format of the pieces, the finishing touches, and the place where the elements will be produced or manufactured... Once we have all this information we can provide you with a more specific time frame. Suffice it to say, we are not miracle workers, but we are Lightening McQueen when it comes down to it, and we will spin around if we need to, to adapt to client deadlines and target dates.

10 . What is done to avoid any mistakes in the elements you produce?

Once the final art for each of the pieces has been prepared, we will send it to you for you to double check and give us your final approval. We ALWAYS double and triple check, and we will ALWAYS ask for your final review, so it is actually the client's responsibility to ensure that the piece does not contain any spelling mistakes or typos. Make double sure that everything is perfect before giving us the go ahead to produce.

11 . What is an average budget for a personalized event?

There is no specific amount you will need to spend to work with CONNUBIVM..
We try to adapt to the client's needs and work within their available budget. If you are planning an event, you’ll have to keep in mind that the budget for the creation of a visual identity is a basic requirement for CONNUBIVM. Following this initial outlay, the design and production of each element will be calculated depending on production specs and design complexity. Ask to see our fee schedule for a general idea of our prices on typically-ordered elements.
If your project is a corporate identity, your brand requirements will determine the resources we use, and of course, the budget required to produce it. Once we have determined the scope of the project, we promise to send you our best offer as quickly as possible.

12 . What happens if I decide not to design my additional elements with you once you have created a visual or corporate identity?

We firmly believe that the success of your brand or event will be directly proportional to the confidence you invest in us at each stage of the process. This is why we do not create brands or visual identities for production by others, because it would imply weakening the essence of each of our projects. We therefore do not provide open or editable files. If you do require an editable file, the fee is 4x the cost of the visual identity.
